Camasportswear online store's general terms of delivery and payment 1 January 2024
CAMA Finland Oy 1034816-6 (hereinafter the online store) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering
You can order from Camasportswear's online store without registering or by registering as a Cama customer. Placing an order and paying takes place in a secure SSL connection in the service of a bank or payment provider, so that transactions in Cama's online store are as safe as possible for the customer. To guarantee data security, the online store's customer service cannot receive or process payment information by phone or email, so the order must be placed in person in the online store at www.camasportswear.fi The online store uses cookies. You will receive an order confirmation for all successful orders to the given email address.
Tariff
The valid prices of the products are indicated on the website. The prices include the value-added tax. At the end of the order, the costs of the selected delivery method are added to the order total. CAMA Finland Oy reserves the right to price changes. Camasportswear has the right to cancel the customer's order if the price information or availability in the online store is incorrect due to a technical or other problem.
Payment
You can pay directly from the online bank, by credit card or by invoice/part payment.

Discount code or gift card
If you have a discount code or gift card, enter the discount code in the discount code field on the checkout page before accepting the order. We do not refund discount codes for orders afterwards. Discount codes are only valid for regular priced products and cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers

Delivery time and tracking
We send the order to the customer as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. Our delivery times to Finland vary depending on the chosen delivery method, however you usually receive the package in 4-5 business days. Promotions, weekends, holidays, and delays in transportation may affect the delivery time of orders. We inform about general delays both on the front page of the online store and in the shopping cart.
You will receive a tracking code by e-mail to the address specified when placing the order.
Exchange and return
We understand that sometimes the situation may come up that the product you ordered is not to your liking or the size is wrong. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products. An electronic return notification must be made for the exchange/return before the product is sent back. The order number must appear in the notification.

Notification of exchange or return must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The goods to be returned must be sent no later than 14 days after making the return notification.
We do not accept exchanges or returns after the time limits described above have passed.

If you change the size or color, shipping is free. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition in order to receive a full refund.
Processing time for returns is 2-10 business days. Once the return is approved, the refund will be paid to the customer's original payment method.
Keep the receipt from the return shipment until you have received a refund or confirmation that the return has been processed. If the return shipment is lost during transport and the customer cannot prove that he has sent the products back, Cama Finland is not obliged to refund the products that have not arrived back to the company as a return. The receipt from the return shipment serves as proof of the return if the package is lost.
Unclaimed package
Failure to pick up the order without an electronic return notification is not a product return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is picked up on time from the pick-up point. The unclaimed package is returned to the sender, and the original payment method is refunded according to the value of the order. We will charge the shipping costs in both directions for a package that has not been picked up, for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made.
Problem situations
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@camasportswear.com Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you should immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
There is no right to complain, for example, for defects caused by normal wear and tear or by washing the product against the washing instructions.
